YOUR ROLE * Oversee the automation projects, ensuring meet the quality standards and productivity * Collaborate with various team to integrate automation solution with existing system * Monitor the performance of automated system for continuous improvement and optimization * Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production flow * Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for automation improvements YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent * Willing to work in manufacturing/production line environment * Good hands on skills,excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities * Good personality and independent * English business proficiency ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
