Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Heinz Social Media Intern to support the Brand Comms Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting in building the iconic brand Heinz in Eastern Europe and managing Heinz social media accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day management of Heinz social media channels across Eastern Europe on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
* Help plan, create, and publish localized content in collaboration with the Brand Comms Manager Eastern Europe, aligned with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign priorities.
* Monitor comments and trends, engage the community, and flag insights/opportunities to the team.
* Track performance and compile monthly reports to optimize content and improve channel growth.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content, with familiarity using Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
* Thrilled about supporting content planning and execution (basic agency briefing, captioning, publishing, and coordination).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive, creative, collaborative, and willing to learn; able to take feedback and iterate quickly.
* Language requirements: professional English; one or more Eastern European languages is a strong advantage but not a must.
