We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Customer Satisfaction & Quality team. In this role, you will support key processes that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen our company image, and improve overall competitiveness. What You Will Do Register supplier orders accurately in the system. Monitor and expedite delivery dates for orders across all business units. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding any unavoidable delays. Assist in maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
