YOUR ROLE * To support business unit revenue/ billing needs * Support first level manufacturing support in terms of outlier material disposition * System support: manufacturing documentation and statistical rules/ algorithm development * New product introduction operational follow-up YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor's Degree in any engineering-related fields * Semiconductor/ product testing working experience a plus * Strong leadership and good team player * Strong quantitative, analytical and effective communication skills * Result-oriented and driven * Possess good problem-solving skills; able to plan and forecast * Able to work in cross-cultural environment and effectively liaise with Europe Division counterparts as well as Asia subcontractors * Strong Power BI/BO report skillset a plus ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
