Job Description:
* Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes
* Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
* Source and manage the procurement of event material and merchandise
* Provide support for team events and other ad-hoc duties
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
* Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
As part of the Employee Engagement team, this role plays a key part in building a positive company culture and enhancing the overall employee experience and well-being. The role is responsible for supporting and delivering end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, ensuring programmes are thoughtfully executed and aligned with organisational goals
