Job Description
Responsibilities

* Assist with statistical analysis, data modelling, and other special projects  
* Interpret and analyze data from multiple industry research databases, transforming findings into actionable insights and visualizations
* Assist with governing user access to the dashboard by managing permissions, maintaining user lists, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols
* Support the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or any other related disciplines
* Strong interest in Real estate fund management and investment management domain  

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office  

* Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
