About this Position

This job would report to the SEA Channel Management head and support overall SEA business. The team consists of country sales managers across 6 SEA countries and sales teams within each country, together with technical and marketing support in the countries. The primary functions of this role are to drive data driven projects to better identify opportunities to drive growth and margin improvement and to improve our branding.

What you´ll do

* Setup a process for how to systematically collect, analyze, and identify opportunities by using distributors Point-Of-Sale data (i.e. distributors customers).

* Analyze our current selling prices per customer / product to identify any opportunities across SEA

* Analyze our cost position on key product lines to identify any leakages (i.e. freight cost, warehousing, sourcing strategy, etc.)

* Create a systematic way to analyze our CRM data to derive focus and prioritization for the sales team

* Upgrade our branding and marketing materials across SEA, APAC, and global.

* Ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

* Strong data analysis & interpretation skills

* Ability to communicate data in an actionable way

* Self-starter with strong motivation
