Creator Manager Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Job Description:

The TikTok LIVE team is looking for a passionate and driven creator manager intern to support the development and growth of our creator ecosystem. This role focuses on creator management, live streaming operations, and driving sustainable monetization for creators, playing a key part in scaling TikTok LIVE's creator community. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key Responsibilities: - Manage creators directly and provide 1:1 coaching to support their live streaming growth and scaled management. - Own and deliver against monetization targets, break down key metrics, and formulate structured plans to achieve goals. - Leverage and expand your existing creator network to source, onboard, and develop high-potential creators. - Monitor creator performance, identify growth opportunities and risks, and drive data-informed improvements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creator operations run efficiently and creator needs are met. - Maintain a persistent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced live streaming environment

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above - Direct experience in the live streaming industry in a Spanish-speaking market - Experience in creator management, with the ability to provide 1:1 coaching and scaled creator operations - Existing network of creators and familiarity with creator acquisition and development - Experience working with monetization goals, able to break down numbers and deliver structured, actionable plans - Fluent in Spanish and English - Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications - Background or strong interest in Gaming, Twitch, YouTube creator management, or small startup streaming industries - Persistent, hard-working, with a self-motivated mindset and proactive, clear thinking - Strong commitment to delivery, execution-driven, and able to thrive in target-oriented environments - Quick learner with high adaptability and strong stakeholder management skills - Passionate about the creator economy, live streaming, and content ecosystem
