Internship - Manufacturing First Line Support Engineering Intern- Tainan

Job Description:

Requirements
1. Manufacturing Knowledge: Knowing the basic concept of quality control, supply chain, and manufacturing.
2. Project Management Knowledge: Knowing the basic of product lifecycle, task tracking and stakeholder coordination.
3. MS Office Skills: Proficient in PowerBI and PowerPoint for presentation creation. Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
4. English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and cross-site communication
5. Availability: Must be able to work on-site at least 2.5 days(or 5 half days) per week

Responsibilities
1. Technical Workstream Support : Assist workstream leaders with daily tasks such as collecting and analyzing operational data, actions follow up, and internal communication.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Create trouble shooting data dashboard and prepare reports for internal reviews.
3. Workshop & Event Assistance: Help organize and execute project-related workshops, team activities, and internal events.
