As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. As an FMCG Campaign Affiliate Project Intern, you will support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns on TikTok Shop during key campaign periods. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations, including campaign briefings, promotional setup, creator and product sourcing, product delivery tracking, and coordination across teams. The role also involves monitoring real-time campaign performance, supporting post-campaign evaluations, and assisting with general ad-hoc tasks to drive successful campaign outcomes. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. Responsibilities: - Support the execution of affiliate campaigns for FMCG categories during key campaign periods on TikTok Shop - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations, including campaign briefings, promotional setup, creator and product sourcing, product delivery tracking, and cross-functional communication - Monitor real-time campaign and project performance, and assist in post-campaign analysis and performance evaluation - Provide support for general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline - Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign operations - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic performance tracking or reporting - Available to commit to a full-time or part-time internship during campaign periods - Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn while supporting ad-hoc responsibilities as needed Preferred Qualifications - Active TikTok user with a good understanding of platform trends, content formats, and audience behavior - Familiar with the Thai affiliate ecosystem, including trending content and key creators - Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in managing tasks independently from initiation to completion If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
