Job Description:

1. Support end-to-end POS device preparation, assisting with unboxing, initial setup, and quality control testing. Configure device settings according to merchant specifications and brand requirements, and perform pre-deployment testing to verify full functionality before rollout. 2. Maintain accurate documentation of device serial numbers, configurations, and merchant assignments, and provide first-line support for device troubleshooting and basic technical issue resolution. 3. Own the accuracy of POS inventory records across the full device lifecycle - received, deployed, and returned - keeping tracking systems continuously updated with device status, location, and merchant assignments. 4. Monitor device distribution across SA, KA, and SMB merchant segments and generate daily and weekly inventory reports and status updates. Assist with warehouse organization and device storage management, and track free device allocation (5,000 units) across merchant tiers. 5. Coordinate with distribution partners (Clickster, Urban Piper, Castle IT) to manage device deliveries, and support centralized delivery scheduling for SA/KA hub locations. 6. Assist with packaging and shipment preparation, track delivery confirmations and merchant receipt acknowledgments, and support returns processing and device refurbishment coordination. 7. Maintain delivery schedules and merchant communication logs to ensure end-to-end visibility. Prepare daily operational reports on device deployment progress and maintain the merchant database with device assignments and contract details. 8. Support contract documentation and merchant agreement processing, assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, and create and update standard operating procedures. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and continuous operational improvements
Candidate Requirements:
1. Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Previous internship experience in operations, logistics, or technology is preferred, as is a basic understanding of retail technology or POS systems. 3. The role requires proficiency in data management tools and reporting, along with a basic understanding of inventory management systems. 4. Candidates should be comfortable with technology setup and troubleshooting. 5. Experience with database management or CRM systems is preferred, and familiarity with tracking and logistics systems is a plus. 6. Strong attention to detail is critical for accurate inventory tracking and device configuration, alongside solid organization skills to manage multiple tasks with systematic approaches. 7. Clear verbal and written communication in English is essential (Arabic is a plus), as is a proactive, problem-solving approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. 8. The role also demands effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external partners
