POSITION: VISUAL MERCHANDISING INTERN

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will support the Visual Merchandising Manager in bringing our prestigious portfolio of LVMH Fragrance Brands to life across the UK & Ireland. PERSON SPECIFICATION Role Specific Competencies Organisational Mastery: Exceptional organisational skills are an absolute must; you will be tracking numerous launch dates, retailer plans, and moving parts simultaneously. Creative Flair: A passion for fresh ideas, innovative retail design, and creative planning. Retail Mindset & Customer Focus: A deep love for the customer journey and understanding how to drive retail differentiation while respecting brand DNA. Collaboration Skills: Strong collaborative abilities, ensuring strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a clear, prompt, and concise reporting style. Technical Proficiencies: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is a strong plus.
