What You Can Expect

Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world's best love brands. Working as a Project Engineer in Engineering, you will be entrusted to lead projects from start to finish. Engineering has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working at our plant and distribution center. This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to advance in a challenging career at P&G by demonstrating growing levels of technical and leadership skills.

The role will be located at our West Thurrock Manufacturing Site.

Role & Responsibilities

* Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
* Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
* Define project scope and execution strategy for business expansion opportunities or new product initiatives.
* Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants - you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe.

Job Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

* University graduates who have recently completed a degree in any Engineering field - other STEM degrees will also be considered.
* Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.
* Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
* Strong English verbal and writing skills.
