We have huge ambition for market share growth internationally at (COMPANY NAME) and we are growing rapidly to go after and deliver on this. Our People Team are central to supporting these growth plans and the highly skilled in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) team partner with every corner of the organisation to consult, support and deliver on headcount objectives. We do this through close collaboration with the Exec, Function Leads, Finance, HR Business Partners and Hiring teams.

The TA team continue to expand to future-proof the support and partnership needed across the organisation. The Tech TA Lead role is central in working with the Tech Leadership, Head or TA, People Leaders, HRBPs and Finance as key stakeholders in the planning and delivery of headcount growth initiatives at pace. This spans solutions for evolving internal ways of working, capacity planning, location and attraction strategies, through to EVP and employee advocacy around hiring.

Reporting to the Head of TA, there is a team of strong performing TA Partners to lead, coach and develop in this role to deliver against hiring metrics, whilst delivering against your own personal vacancy state.

What you'll be doing

* Be the central Lead in consulting, partnering and owning recruitment delivery for the Tech Leadership team and key stakeholders
* Develop and deliver on a wide range of solutions to optimise Tech's capabilities to meet hiring needs
* Support and enable strategic hiring decision making through data insights, analysis and thoughtful SME recommendations
* Own the Tech employer brand and value propositions to access, attract, engage, and compel the target talent and communities
* Ensure inclusiveness as a practice in all aspects of the recruitment process to build diversity through hiring
* Be hands-on recruiting with full ownership over a personal vacancy state
* People management, development and performance optimisation of a team
* Management of flexible 'Augmented' TA resources and performance, delivered via 3rd Parties
* Develop and evolve international and 'always on' talent mapping solutions for critical skills, locations and clusters
* Deliver on early careers initiatives, with a particular emphasis on successful apprenticeship programmes
* Develop and maintain a partnership model with HR Business Partners for a unified approach to headcount planning and delivery and related topics
* Establish effective communication channels for all stakeholders, reporting meaningful data and insights and on a frequent basis

What we need you to be

* An experienced TA Lead and people manager in a rapidly scaling Tech platforming business
* A proven track-record of delivering recruitment and hiring solutions across hyper-growth environments
* A subject Matter Expert in the international Technology talent market
* Exceptional partnership capabilities at senior levels
* A data-centric approach to influencing and decision making
* Proven project/programme management experience, delivering against TA initiatives
* A high performing, hands on recruiter across Tech disciplines
