Schneider Electric is looking to hire a Customer Project Documentation Planner Intern for Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 in one of our five major hubs!

Job Responsibilities:

* Review content and layout requirements for documentation to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors.
* Schedule documentation requests based on project managers needs and team capacity.
* Deliver completed documents via SharePoint, customer owned platforms or printed copies.
* Follow standardized processes to assure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:

* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
* Strong attention to detail, with an interest in producing accurate and well-organized documentation.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and provide basic status updates.
* Basic familiarity with Adobe PDF tools (training will be provided).
* Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 is helpful; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
* Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
