Retail & Operations Intern

Tasks

Internship Term: Februrary 2027 - August 2027
The hourly range for this role is $19/hr-$21/hr.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* General project management tasks
* Resource allocation
* Process and maintain data via SAP and prepare Excel presentations
* Process improvements initiatives
* Project analysis
* Design and implementation
* Assist in ongoing process workflows in the area Operation/Logistics
* Provide tactical department support towards the achievement organizational objectives
* Supporting the Corporate Retail stores
* Preparation for meetings and events (e. g. presentations, reporting, catering)
* Creation and analysis of sales reports to monitor the business
* Compliance monitoring
* Support of the implementation of marketing plan activities, especially events, collaborations and promotions
* Coordination of retail activities with German parent company such as sales incentives
* Manage the core assortment and weekly replenishment orders
* Work directly with store managers
* Supporting the Head of Retail with varied tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Recent graduate or Junior/Senior currently attaining Bachelor's Degree in Business with focus on Operations/Retail or comparable study is required
* Preferably previous internship/work experience
* Proficient computer skills in SAP and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
* Self-starter: Able to follow directions, willingness to learn and to take initiative
* Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
* Languages (German) is a plus but not a requirement
