Pay Range:

$26.50/Hour

Job Summary:

The Business & Marketing Intern will support content creation, market research, customer campaigns, and event coordination. They will assist with data analysis, administrative projects, and marketing initiatives to drive organizational growth.

* Content creation: Help write and edit content for various channels, including media posts, blog articles, newsletters, internal and external organizational projects.
* Customer assistance: Support the team in planning and executing customer campaigns by collecting data, performing analysis, and preparing reports on performance.
* Market research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to help identify new opportunities.
* Administrative support: Support the Technical Services Manager with special projects while supporting customer relationship management (CRM) systems and initiatives.
* Event coordination: Assist with the planning and organization of internal and external events, such as webinars, trade shows, employee appreciation events, or promotional activities.
* Data analysis: Collect quantitative and qualitative data to measure success and explore future strategy.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
field required.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of safety requirements within a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
* Manufacturing experience preferred.
* Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
* Must have ability to communicate (both written & verbal).
* Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality.
* Must be able to perform several tasks simultaneously.
