About the team Our team is responsible for driving the overall growth, competitiveness, and health of the Lifestyle category on TikTok Shop. This includes managing the entire category ecosystem-from managing seller and assortment strategy to stock, content supply, campaigns participation, and competitive positioning. About this role This role will support the Lifestyle Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that, while smaller in scope, contribute meaningfully to the category's overall performance and business objectives. Responsibilities 1. Seller Portfolio Management - Own and manage a portfolio of Lifestyle sellers. - Build strong relationships with key sellers and decision makers. - Conduct regular Business Reviews (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly). - Monitor seller health and performance. - Resolve seller escalations. 2. Market Intelligence - Analyze competitors. - Track pricing trends. - Identify trending products. - Monitor consumer demand. - Benchmark against Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and offline retail

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate student in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field. - Strong interest in e-commerce, social commerce, and the Lifestyle industry (Furniture, Home Living, Home Decor, Kitchenware, etc.). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas); knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship or organizational experience in e-commerce, sales, business development, or category management. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other online marketplaces. - Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is an advantage. - Passion for digital marketing, creator economy, and social commerce trends.
