Indirect Procurement & Purchasing Specialist

You will make a difference by:

* Supporting the end-to-end purchasing process, from requirements and sourcing to Purchase Order follow-up.
* Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, supporting negotiations and supplier selection.
* Creating and managing Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders and ensuring purchasing processes are followed correctly.
* Monitoring orders and deliveries, proactively expediting when necessary.
* Supporting supplier setup and master data updates.
* Managing invoice discrepancies and supporting GR/IR and payment-related issues.
* Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Maintaining reports and providing visibility on purchasing activities
