Your Mission:
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving success for our clients - small to medium-sized businesses - on behalf of a top global social media company. You'll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you'll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Can Expect:
* Consultative Sales - Manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and cross/upsell products that best fit client needs.
* Client Success & Optimization - Proactively advise clients on product adoption, campaign strategies, and insights to improve ROI and long-term satisfaction.
* Industry Expertise - Develop deep knowledge of social media advertising solutions, identify market trends, and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1+ years of sales experience (outbound or inbound), ideally in advertising, digital marketing.
* Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in cross/upselling over time.
* Excellent listening, communication, and consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Fluency in Hungarian.
* Good level of English.
