Your Mission

You're passionate about HR processes and want to apply your SAP SuccessFactors expertise where it truly creates impact. As a module expert, you take responsibility in international projects - from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration and go-live. Whether your strength lies in Employee Central, Recruiting, or another module - we offer the environment for you to grow and thrive.

What you can expect

* Delivery of SuccessFactors implementations as part of large-scale HR transformation programs
* Responsibility for one or more modules (e.g. EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Time, LMS, Compensation etc.)
* Leading client workshops, defining solution designs, and performing configuration
* Close collaboration with Delivery Leads, integration teams, and near-/offshore colleagues
* Involvement in pre-sales phases (e.g. RfPs, effort estimations, demo system support)

The earliest possible start date for this role is January 2026.

What we are looking for:

* Relevant consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Senior Consultant+)
* Strong expertise in at least one module - profiles with Employee Central or Recruiting experience are especially welcome, but experts in all other modules are also highly encouraged to apply
* Experience in international projects and hybrid delivery models
* German language preferred, English required
* Strong commitment to quality, clear communication skills, and team mindset
