WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

In the Office Management team, we create the best possible environment for our employees and shape the culture at Trade Republic as well as the office structure.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Optimizing workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
* Assisting in the planning of small to large-scale events
* Preparing for and following up on meetings
* Providing general support to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* You speak both English and German
* You have strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
* Ideally, you are proficient in using G Suite tools
* You are currently enrolled at a university
