Your Shoes to fill:
* Drive User Access Management (UAM) initiatives and activities related to SOX and ISO compliance.
* Support Operational Effectiveness Testing to ensure compliance controls function effectively.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IAM, contributing expertise to projects and daily operations.
* Identify opportunities to optimize and automate IAM processes.
* Provide support to entities and teams via the ticketing system.
* Identify and report control gaps, track remediation efforts, and update documentation once deficiencies are resolved.
* Define, establish, and maintain periodic access reviews.
* Support internal and external audit processes with required evidence and documentation.
* Work closely with Identity & Collaboration team members to ensure IAM processes are aligned with the overall collaboration and security strategy.
* Act as a liaison between business application owners and technical teams to clarify access requirements and ensure proper evidence is captured for compliance and audit purposes.

your walk of life:
* BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or Completed training as an IT Specialist.
* Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and commonly used tools, such as Entra ID.
* Strong grasp of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
* Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with SOX, ISO standards, and Risk & Control frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST).
* 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in IAM, security, or compliance domains.
* Certifications (Preferred)Microsoft SC-300, ITIL, CISA, CISM
* German and English at B2 Level
* IT Skills in Entra ID, Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge
* Strong collaboration abilities, working effectively with audit teams, IT operations, and business stakeholders.
* Clear and effective communication skills with a focus on achieving results.
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset..
* On-site or hybrid work within a team of six.
