Junior Pricing Actuary

Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The candidate would be required to join Portfolio Performance & Advanced Analytics team to manage all motor and non-motor tariffs and analyse the main profitability KPIs of Company portfolio.

The candidate will be required to perform the following activities:

* Tariff definition and review based on statistical models and profitability analysis results
* Evaluation and update of Rate Requirement
* Technical documents drafting and review
* Data collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis and monitoring ones or ad hoc simulation.
* Portfolio monitoring based on main profitability KPIs
* Profitability analysis based on statistical modelling

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

* Master's degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Actuarial Sciences
* Python/ Sql/ Sas/ R
* Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Curious about new approaches and committed to continually increase technical knowledge
* Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
