Your mission, roles and responsibilities


Coordinate the functions of MOD personnel to comply with the area's Production program.
Follow up on applicable production, quality, and safety indicators (QCDP).
Monitor daily activities by applying the Daily Work Routine.
Monitor the correct implementation and application of the Faurecia Excellence System Methodologies and keep track of and record the results.
Evaluate job proficiency and validate the corresponding ILUO levels in the area.
Motivate and encourage process improvement through the generation of Improvement Ideas, as well as monitor the response and timely implementation of these ideas.
Follow up on the top 5 defects reported by the customer and action plan.

Your profile and competencies to succeed


Education: Industrial Engineering or related field.
Advanced English
Manufacturing processes in automotive production
Experience in foam processes
Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry
Personnel management (staff under your supervision)
Problem solving
