As a Technical Project Manager at our Danone Factory in Haps where we make Early Life Nutrition, you will manage our transformation journey. Haps plays a critical role in delivering ultra-premium Infant Milk Formula (IMF) to China and other key markets. To meet evolving global regulatory requirements, we are investing in projects that will shape the future of our operations.
Your mission is to plan, lead, and deliver projects successfully ensuring that scope, quality, cost, and timelines are met while coordinating resources and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Key accountabilities:
* Ensure project safety, quality, time to market & cost control
* Aligns with stakeholders at different levels through communication & reporting, facilitating priority setting and decision making
* Ensures project resourcing, transversality and building a community of practice while securing knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Define needs and project scope and transform these into technical proposals
* Will participate in requisition and management of capital authorization requests and is accountable for project spending
* Strong alignment with Start Up Leader per project, together bringing change to successful Vertical Start Up (VSU)

Experience, skills, knowledge
* Proficient in project management, tools and budget investment and monitoring (MS project, Excel)
* Relevant work experience within an (international) production environment
* Experience in project management preferable in Food Industry with Liquid & Powder Processing with experience in validation and hygienic equipment design
* Experience with design & installation of state-of-the-art lines
Nice to have:
* Have relevant experience in the food, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is an important nice-to-have, to be successful in this role.
* Know your way around AutoCAD
* Speak Dutch or would be willing to learn (Fluent in English is than a must)
