Purpose of the Role
Support planning and execution of a holistic Marketing activation plan for Wholesale (WHS) partners, ensuring strong adidas visibility in-store and online, driving traffic and sell-out across categories, and engaging consumers to convert brand interest into sales. This position is based in Belgrade office.
What you will do
* Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement by planning and executing impactful in-store and online marketing activities across key WHS partners.
* Build seasonal Trade marketing plans that connect physical and digital touchpoints (instore branding, events, websites, social, newsletters), delivering a seamless consumer journey.
* Brief and guide agencies to deliver high-quality campaign materials and media support, following internal creative and procurement processes.
* Execute special activations (e.g., events, premium spaces, product displays) that excite shoppers and turn brand interest into sales.
* Secure strong presentations of priority products and campaigns in the best store locations and on partner websites, increasing traffic and sell-through.
* Manage day-to-day collaboration with WHS partners, ensuring approvals, smooth rollout, and long-term joint business growth.
* Partner closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, Brand, and Visual Merchandising teams to align on campaign timing, creative storytelling, and premium execution.
* Track competitor activity, analyze performance vs. objectives, and recommend improvements backed by strong data and insights.
* Manage marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring smart investments with measurable results.
* Present seasonal marketing plans to retail partner teams during sell-in and secure alignment on concepts, timelines, and budget commitments.
Skills you will need
* 2 years of working experience in marketing department
* University Degree/Marketing degree
* Fluent English & local language (written and spoken)
* Excellent presentation skills
* Advanced skills at MS office
* High level of project management, organizational, and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of SEO, Display Marketing, Paid Search campaign management is a plus
* Passion for sport, fashion and new trends in consumer behavior and evolution of retail
