About Tuvalum 

Tuvalum's mission is to redesign the experience of buying and selling quality bicycles in Europe. And our vision, to build the next digital ecosystem for the bicycle industry.
Our goal is to make buying and selling a bicycle on the Internet as convenient, simple and safe as ordering a pizza. 
We are growing at a rate of 100% year-on-year and we are selling bicycles in 7 countries in Europe


Context


As the Country Launcher Junior you are responsible to prepare and launch a new geographic market. You are the project manager for this and you starting the initiative and then handing it over to the teams in the company before moving on to the new market. In this exciting role you will act as an entrepreneur, the job is really about the first actions to be tackled: from strategic market analysis to the first operational steps in the new market.

Mainly,
Market analysis: Studies, analyze the market comprehensively
Market Assessment: go deeper and talk to the first partners and users on-site
Localization and product-market fit: adaptation of the product to the country
Launch of the first marketing and sales activities
Prepare all assets to be ready for launching (website, traductions, partners, logistics, marketing plan...)
Identify the barriers to entry (legal, administrative...)
Act as the first contact of the brand in your country (customers, media...)
Report & share performances
Reach the first 1000 users !!
In details,
Responsible for relationships with the management: permanent interaction with the management and other departments, translations (website, contracts...)

Marketing strategy: Local market study, recommendations for marketing operations and setting up (weekly newsletter, customer relationship tools...)

Communications: partnerships and sales, press relations...
Platform adaptation: identify the mandatory features or options (payment, transportation, specific traductions…), and input them.
For these missions, you will be support by members of the sales team. 

Build Biked with us ! During your main mission and as you collaborate in a start’up environment you could also have the opportunity to carry projects to improve the platform, the process, or the B to C (grow and onboard Brands and Bike Shops new users in the platform).
