We're looking for a practical, systems-minded Workforce Optimisation specialist to help build, configure and support our Workforce Management systems across EMEAA hotels. Working as part of the Product Team, you'll help ensure hotels have the right set-up, workflows, reporting and support to use UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and related tools confidently and consistently.

* A detail-focused, collaborative approach and resilience to manage competing priorities
