* Job Type: Permanent
* Location: Ellesmere Port, 1 day per week working from home (Regular travel to SGS UK sites)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Job Description:

We're looking for a QHSSE Business Partner to support a diverse range of business lines across the UK, including Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Environmental, Asbestos and related industries.
What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with operational teams to promote a strong QHSSE culture across multiple business lines
* Conducting site visits, audits, inspections and compliance reviews
* Supporting risk assessments, safe systems of work and legal compliance activities
* Leading and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
* Assisting with the development and improvement of management systems
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving positive change
* Supporting the delivery of SGS's sustainability, quality and safety objectives

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about safety, quality and continuous improvement, with the confidence to influence others and build strong working relationships across a complex business.
You may already be working as a QHSSE Advisor, HSE Manager, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager or Business Partner and be looking to take the next step in your career within a global organisation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
* Experience conducting internal audits, driving compliance and supporting management systems
* Experience managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
* NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
