Position Overview
Strengthen our engagement marketing strategy by enriching our customer experience initiatives to elevate the brand and make it even more desirable in local markets
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Devise, create and execute seasonal Customer Experience programs with Money Can't Buy Hospitality events (NY Show, Wimbledon, Goodwood, local black tie events, major store openings) and Gifting Strategies (all channels) for all levels of VIC's to trade up and expand the RL client base.
- Become the key point person for VIC experiences/events in the business and act as an RL Ambassador when hosting them at external events
* Devise and develop 'Tailored by RL' a Bespoke Program focused on Top 50 RLS VIC
* Specifically acquire New HNWI's for the brand (private members clubs, hotels, tourism agencies, private jet companies, interior designers…)
* Source out relevant and on brand large scale partnerships and sponsorships
* Engage with Social happenings by key City (Paris, London and other key EU Cities where relevant (Germany)
* Devise and implement a Personal Shopper Strategy in key EU Cities to drive new revenues
* Implement a strong EU Press Day Strategy with new formats and concepts
* Develop RL Hospitality strategy (RC&B/Ralph's)
* Give competitor feedback on what other brands are doing for their key customers
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Educational Qualifications : BA and/or Msc
* Previous Experience: Relevant experience involving client relations, project management and event management
* Sensibility to luxury and fashion
* Well organized with a structured approach
* Good network which you are prepared to bring to the table and also expand upon
* A creative thinker who is proactive in bringing new ideas to the table
* Very detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
* Quick learner with a good sense of initiative and can-do attitude. Confident to learn on the job and
develop new ideas
* Curiosity and understanding of the luxury good industry, fashion industry and competitor activity
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Computer literate with excellent excel and power point knowledge
* Additional languages to English are a bonus but not required
