We are looking for a skilled M365 Security and Identity Specialist to provide expert advisory services for our clients. You will be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 Security, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, helping customer teams strengthen identity protection, access governance, authentication and hybrid identity environments.

You will work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to maintain a reliable, secure and well-governed Microsoft environment.

YOUR MISSION:
* Advise customer teams on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity security and access governance
* Design and troubleshoot authentication solutions, including cloud authentication, federation, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Kerberos, passkeys
* Configure Conditional Access, MFA, risk-based policies, Self-Service Password Reset, Entra Password Protection
* Manage hybrid identity, device registration, account synchronization, Entra ID Connect, Entra Cloud Sync
* Implement identity governance through Privileged Identity Management, access reviews, compliance audits and Entra ID Protection
* Deliver structured assessments, workshops, onboarding engagements while using Microsoft Graph API to support identity management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Specialist : 2050EUR - 4050EUR
Associate Manager : 2550EUR - 4800EUR

WHO YOU ARE:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and identity security solutions
* Proven experience managing hybrid and cloud identity environments, including Entra ID Connect, Cloud Sync
* Strong knowledge of authentication technologies, including MFA, Conditional Access, federation, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Kerberos
* Solid understanding of Entra ID Governance, Identity Protection, PIM, access reviews, Microsoft Graph API
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
* English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
