Supply and Energy Management (SEM) is one of ENGIE's Business Units. As the Trading arm of ENGIE, we deliver services in supply and logistics management, asset management, risk management, market access management, while contributing to the market understanding, design and efficiency and developing market solutions to accelerate the energy transition. Within the SEM Business Unit the Business Platform SEM ANZ is managing and developing the group's trading, physical power and gas managemenyt, asset's management and C&I activities for the Australia. In order to pursue its development, SEM is developing and rolling out various transformation projects such as Gemstone (Front to Accounting trading chain) using Orchestrade, Business development … SEM ANS IS is looking for a IT APPLICATION SUPPORT Officer, to improve the reliability of the existing systems, and support the development of the new systems. The role is based in Melbourne. It requires many interactions with the teams in Europe. Business trips to Europe may be required from time to time As a member of the SEM ANZ IT team in Melbourne, the IT application support officer is also expected to contribute to the cohesion of the IT team. The main missions are : - Ensure system stability and run continuity for the full system (services, batches, etc…) - Provide support to the users on the application perimeter: Pre-trade/Pricing - Trade Life Cycle - Post Trade/Greeks/V@r/Valo. - Share relevant information with support and development teams in Singapore, Paris, Brussels * Production monitoring: o Monitor the global IT platform and execute the associated action when alerts are raised. o Process (analyze, solve, document) incidents. o Coordinate incidents resolution with Singapore and Paris teams when necessary (for instance with infrastructure teams or on-duty people) o Maintain monitoring systems and continuously share ideas to improve its effectiveness. o Actively participate in the writing or enhancement of operational procedures (in link with the monitoring alerts) o Engage in FTS (Follow-the-Sun) model with Europe, including information sharing and tasks handover o Follow up on the evolution of the IT platform (release) and adapt monitoring tools and procedures * Support to users o Process local user support requests (configurations, assistance,…) o Collect regularly user feed-backs on system Run Quality and share it with development teams * Transversal: o Enrich the backlog of problems (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority,… o Self-organize continuous learning on the IS systems and landscape o Share improvement ideas with Business Analyst

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* University degree in IT Engineering or Mathematics. * 1-3 years relevant experience in IT trading environment * Experience and knowledge about Trading and/or portfolio management processes.
