Nous intervenons dans tous les secteurs d'activité et pouvons répondre à l'ensemble des besoins de nos clients à travers deux domaines d'expertise : Software Development et cybersécurité.
Position and tasks: As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of this function: - Helping to define the development strategy and the services offered (Cyber Security and/or Software Development) - Development of commercial relationships with your partners, major multinational accounts and Marketplace - Understanding and identifying technical issues with IT departments - Follow-up of the client relationship - Development of the community of candidate engineers - Recruitment and retention of your teams of consultants, graduates of top engineering schools - Financial management of your profit center Alter Solutions Benelux is creating the digital transformation of clients on the Benelux market! As an innovative consulting company, we advise and support our customers in the consistent digitalization of their business processes in the context of industry 4.0

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You have a degree in Management or Engineering with a specialisation in Business or Innovation, and ideally you have some initial experience in our sector of activity or in a similar environment. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to detect talent and develop it, capacity to adapt to the local economic fabric: these assets will help you join a fast-growing structure.
