TotalEnergies SE, formerly known as Total S.A., is a French multinational integrated oil and gas company founded in 1924. Its headquarters are in Courbevoie, France. As of 2023, it employs over 100,000 people globally.

TotalEnergies is one of the seven "Supermajor" oil companies in the world. It operates in all areas of the petroleum industry, including upstream (exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas) and downstream (refining, petrochemicals, fuel and lubricant marketing).
