The position Brand Heritage Working Student (m/f/d) sits within the Global Marketing team and is based in Cologne. The Brand Heritage team has been recently established and you'll therefore contribute to setting its foundations and building expertise.
Ideally, you are available for approx. 20 hours per week, starting in April 2024. The position is located in our head office in Cologne.
YOUR TASKS:
* Support with conducting a detailedinventory of RIMOWA's archives (products, documents and more) incl.categorization and documentation
* Help with the digitization ofdocuments, video and photo content
* Organize photoshoots
* Set up a database (mainly Excel) of RIMOWA´'s archive collection
* Manage requests for archive pieces (e.g. for events, stores, exhibitions,etc.) and their shipping, packing and issuing of shipping documents

Profile

* Studies with a background in (art)history, business studies or communication are favourable
* Passionate about brand heritage and the preservation of a brand´'s valuable archive pieces
* Very organized and detail-oriented
* Fluent in German and English
* High level of diligence, structured way of working & multi-tasking
* Advanced MS Office skills, Excel in particular
