What do you contribute?
* You will support the technical and commercial project management team in coordinating and executing projects.
* You will prepare documentation and presentations in English for internal and external meetings, e.g., for customer discussions and management reporting.
* You will conduct analysis on project-related issues with different stakeholders in the project value chain.
* You will independently plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
* You will automate and visualize processes using Power Automate and AI tools
* In addition, you will contribute to and drive project initiatives. Following up with all project team members to create solutions in time and budget.
* You will support the optimization of processes and workflows.
* You will work on creating standards that can be re-used across a portfolio of more than 20 different projects.
What do you bring along?
* You are studying Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
* You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with outstanding presentation design capabilities.
* Ideally, you have experience with MS Power Automate and AI tools.
* You convince us with strong communication skills and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
* You have very good written and spoken English skills.

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17EUR per hour and receive 19,36EUR per hour from the 7th month.
