The Siemens AI Lab is a collaborative interdisciplinary platform for industrial research and exploration in Artificial Intelligence. Located in Munich, we provide room for an open exchange with our AI ecosystem, e.g. through customer workshops, community meetups and thought leadership events.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of workshops, events and community formats and you will take ownership of operational workstreams end to end.
As our "Engagement Lead" is leaving the team during her parental leave for at least 16 months, we are looking for a customer-focused, results-oriented, proactive AI Enthusiast who enjoys making things happen even in complex stakeholder settings. You will ensure that the right people, content, tools and follow-ups come together smoothly, professionally and on time.
