Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Application Management team and help shape the way Infineon approaches marketing and sales through data-driven insights and digital tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to analysis and reporting, and develop impactful materials that support strategic decision-making.

* Teamwork is dreamwork: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive excellence in ICT (Information and Communications Technology) applications, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SAM analysis, and report preparation
* Data is everything: Use your analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data, leveraging AI and digital tools to create visualizations and automate repetitive tasks
* Convince with words: Prepare engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support communication and storytelling within the marketing team
Keep the overview: Support the preparation of management readout materials and summaries that enable clear and data-backed decisions
* Reliable work: Contribute to daily operational tasks with accuracy, commitment, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering high-quality results

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated and analytical student eager to contribute to innovative marketing projects and learn how data and digitalization shape global business strategies.

* Study Field: Currently studying Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience: First exposure to marketing, data analysis, or business management environments is a plus
Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and AI-based automation; understanding of semiconductor concepts and their applications in consumer or industrial contexts is an advantage
* Way of Working: Analytical, independent, and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Personality: Curious, committed, and self-driven, with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning
* Language Skills: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
