In a Nutshell
In this role, you'll help create an insight-driven culture across Red Bull by transforming shopper, category, and market intelligence into actionable commercial insights.
Working with global Sales teams and external insight partners, you'll identify emerging trends, develop thought leadership, and translate data into compelling recommendations that strengthen customer partnerships and unlock growth opportunities.
By ensuring insights are effectively communicated and embedded across the business, you'll enable smarter, shopper-led decision-making and support commercial success worldwide.

External Vendor Management & Engagement
You'll build and manage strong relationships with selected external insight partners, lead contract negotiations, and drive ongoing engagement with global insight tools and platforms.
By optimizing partnerships, subscriptions, and external intelligence sources, you'll ensure maximum value for the business while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance our global insights ecosystem.

Cross-Market Insights Generation from multiple sources
You'll identify business knowledge gaps and transform complex shopper, consumer, category, and market data into actionable commercial insights.
By curating, synthesizing, and translating information from multiple sources, you'll develop thought leadership content, insightful reports, presentations, webinars, and frameworks that support strategic decision-making and unlock growth opportunities across markets.

Storytelling & "So what?"
You'll turn insights into compelling commercial narratives that inspire action.
Working closely with global and local Sales teams, you'll embed shopper and market insights into customer strategies, business planning, and selling stories, acting as a trusted advisor who drives the adoption and application of intelligence across the organization.

Effective Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration
You'll communicate complex insights in a clear and engaging way, delivering impactful presentations, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the business.
As the go-to expert for shopper, consumer, category, and industry trends, you'll empower teams to make the most of our global insight platforms while fostering a culture of collaboration, best practice sharing, and continuous learning.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

2-3 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Shopper Insights, Category Management, Market Research, or a similar insights-driven function, with proven experience working with agencies, retailers, or clients.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with multiple data and insight sources, identify key findings, and translate them into actionable commercial recommendations.

Experience in managing insights and thought leadership projects, with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
*
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, create compelling presentations, and influence stakeholders at different levels.
*
A strategic, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
*
Passionate, curious, and self-motivated team player.
*
Fluent English skills; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
