We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Vision Systems Engineer to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine vision systems.

Job Summary:
As a Project manager, you will be at the front end of the design, development, and deployment of custom machine vision systems within industrial automation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring these systems meet all technical specifications, adhere to industry standards, and satisfy customer requirements. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and customers to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Taking ownership of project planning and day-to-day coordination
* Keeping timelines, budgets, and priorities aligned as projects move forward
* Schedule stakeholder meetings and managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement.
* Staying in close contact with internal teams and external partners across Europe
* Tracking progress and stepping in early when something risks going off track
* Work with customers and sales leadership to define the scope of machine vision projects.
* Ensure that your projects align with Catalyx and industry standards and meet all specified requirements.
* Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
* Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
* Analyse existing procedures, suggest improvements, and support the creation of design and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
* A degree of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution
* A few years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management
* Experience working in an international or European environment is a strong plus
* In possession of valid PMBOK, PRINCE2, PMI or PMP Certificate
* Comfortable using tools such as MS Project
* Availability to travel occasional domestically and internationally.

Required Skills
* Understanding and knowledge of computer vision solutions and principles
* Proven high levels of effective communication skills, oral and written is required. Comfortable with virtual communications and with global attendees across multiple levels in the organization.
* Demonstrated strong project management skills, negotiation, financial, or analytical skills would be highly beneficial.
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French. Ideally have a knowledge
