BRCF Ops Lead

A Ops Lead in Brazil Central Flow position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
* Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends in large datasets
* Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports
* Translate business objectives into technical requirements
* Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative BI solutions
* Deliver regular project updates and key metrics

About the team
Central Flow é uma equipe estratégica responsável por otimizar o fluxo operacional nos Centros de Distribuição (FCs) da Amazon em todo o Brasil. Nossa missão é padronizar e simplificar práticas operacionais, aprimorando diretamente o atendimento ao cliente. Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
- Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
- Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
- Knowledge in SQL and data manipulation
