About The Job

Your role at @Chanel:
As a WFJ Ambassador, you will act as the Watches & Fine Jewelry reference within the Fashion Boutiques, driving the development of the category through strong product expertise, client experience, team engagement, and commercial performance.
Combining strong knowledge of Watches & Fine Jewelry, selling skills, and a sophisticated understanding of the CHANEL universe, you will work closely with Fashion Advisors, Boutique Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and After-Sales Services teams to elevate the client experience and contribute to the business from a WFJ perspective.

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

* Deliver expert advice on Watches & Fine Jewelry, aligned with the CHANEL collections, savoir-faire, and client expectations;
* Proactively present WFJ collections and identify opportunities to develop sales in Jewelry and Watches;
* Build meaningful client relationships and support the development of a discerning WFJ clientele through personalized recommendations and clienteling;
* Ensure excellence in the WFJ sales ceremony, product presentation, hospitality, and follow-up, in line with CHANEL standards;
* Support WFJ launches, events, and client activations in the boutiques;
* Identify opportunities to develop the WFJ category and increase its contribution to the overall boutique business;
* Ensure regular presence across both Fashion Boutiques in Brazil - JK and IG - to support WFJ sales development, clienteling opportunities, team engagement, and consistency in execution.

WFJ Expertise & Team Development

* Act as the WFJ reference between the Fashion teams and the relevant WFJ, Marketing, Merchandising, and After-Sales Services teams;
* Support and coach Fashion Advisors and newcomers in developing their Watches & Fine Jewelry knowledge and selling capabilities;
* Lead WFJ activities, product presentations, and collection workshops throughout the selling period;
* Conduct regular morning briefings to introduce new launches, animate the WFJ category, reinforce product knowledge, and stimulate team engagement;
* Identify training needs and contribute to strengthening the Fashion teams' expertise in Watches & Fine Jewelry;
* Share knowledge on CHANEL collections, watchmaking and jewelry techniques, competitive landscape, and product savoir-faire;
* Complete and continuously develop expertise through CHANEL Watch & Fine Jewelry Specialist training, product launch trainings, and After-Sales Service training.

Boutique Business & Merchandising

* Partner with Boutique Management to develop the WFJ business and support boutique commercial objectives from a Watches & Fine Jewelry perspective;
* Monitor WFJ stock and sales performance, identifying reorder and replenishment opportunities;
* Share regular product, market, and client feedback with the Merchandising team, including client requests and business opportunities;
* Contribute to defining a product offering adapted to local market expectations and specific Boutique needs;
* Ensure Watches & Fine Jewelry are displayed according to CHANEL Visual Merchandising guidelines, working closely with the In-Boutique VM team;
* Monitor WFJ displays and ensure renewal of PLV and communication materials when necessary.

CRM, Marketing & Client Experience

* Drive the use of WFJ CRM tools, including digital cards and brochures, in partnership with Marketing;
* Support the execution of WFJ launches, events, and client activations within the boutiques;
* Act as a key contact for WFJ Marketing and Brand Experience initiatives, including events and clienteling;
* Ensure qualitative and quantitative feedback is shared with the relevant WFJ teams to support the development of the category;
* Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and After-Sales Services to ensure a consistent and elevated WFJ experience.

Requirements

* Experience in a luxury fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, or comparable high-end retail environment;
* Excellent selling and clienteling skills;
* Strong knowledge and genuine passion for Watches, Fine Jewelry, luxury, and beauty;
* Strong interest in watchmaking and jewelry techniques;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong coaching, knowledge-sharing, and team development capabilities;
* Strong client experience orientation and ability to build meaningful relationships;
