Job Summary

Responsible for optimizing logistic execution and ensuring exceptional customer service within Kraft Heinz Chile Limitada, contributing to efficient supply chain operations and strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and execute all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
* Oversee Inventory Management, including stock levels, forecasting, and reconciliation, to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
* Provide excellent Customer Service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong rapport with clients.
* Manage the entire Order Management process from placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Identify and implement Process Improvements across logistics and customer service functions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks on logistics processes and product delivery to uphold company standards.
* Develop and maintain strong Relationship Management with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Engage in Negotiation with vendors and carriers to secure favorable terms and optimize costs.
* Actively participate in broader Supply Chain initiatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage vendor relationships through effective Vendor Management, ensuring compliance and performance.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in Customer Service and Logistics roles.
* Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices.
* Demonstrated ability in Negotiation and Vendor Management.
* Experience with Order Management systems and processes.
* A track record of identifying and implementing Process Improvements.
* Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
* Excellent Relationship Management and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
