Mission
Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners in the AREA - Andean South Region: Chile, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay driving autonomy in selling Dassault Systèmes solutions. This role is critical to achieving the Mid-Term Growth Plan and supporting the region's expansion, which represents 20% of CRE LATAM revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution:
* Develop/Deploy strategic sales programs with Partners (focus: upsell, cross-sell, footprint expansion).
* Define Customer Coverage targets and action plans for new DS solutions.
* Launch transition plans for new releases; support Partners in managing sales/technical capacity.
* Relationship & Pipeline Management:
* Act as the DS focal point for assigned Partners; build trusted relationships.
* Engage in key opportunities and identify strategic customers for tailored sales plans.
* Manage forecast/pipeline KPIs (4 rolling quarters) and ALC renewals.
* Build/maintain a 3-quarter sales pipeline via regular Partner reviews.
* Partner Development:
* Onboard/ramp up new Partners; support co-marketing activities.
* Negotiate/close DS Partner contracts, accreditation, and renewals.
* Operational Excellence:
* Improve Partners' business operations models; ensure accurate skills alignment.
* Conduct regular Partner commitment reviews.
Profile Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
* Experience:
* 10-15 years in Technology Solutions Sales (mandatory: Dassault Systèmes solutions knowledge).
* Reseller channel sales (VAR Ecosystem) experience required.
* CRE/SOLIDWORKS market expertise (software + industry solutions).
* Multi-Channel Management: Must have managed multiple channels (not just direct sales).
* Competencies:
* Sales Process & Tools (4/4), Business Forecasting (4/4), VAR Ecosystem Management (4/4), Effective Communication (4/4), Negotiation (4/4).
* Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (required)
