Data Analytics & AI Supervisor (Copilot Studio)

This Data Analyst & AI Supervisor role will work with large databases, data visualization tools, and advanced AI platforms across multiple projects. The position requires a strong foundation in business intelligence (Power BI) and hands-on experience with AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and AI prompting. The role supports project life cycles, ad-hoc analysis, documentation, training, and the future-proofing of analytics and AI solutions.

Essential Functions
* Develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry.
* Design and implement effective AI prompts for business applications.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support automation, optimization, and AI adoption initiatives.
* Validate data quality, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
* Participate in functional group sessions, advising on analytics, reporting, and AI integration.
* Create through documentation and deliver training on both BI and AI tools.
* Stay current with emerging trends in business intelligence and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics/Statistics or related discipline from a reputed institution
* 3+ years in consulting, digital, analytics, IT, business intelligence, or AI, with experience in large databases, data visualization, and AI platforms.
* Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and AI prompting. Working knowledge of Python, R, Tableau, DAX, KNIME, NoSQL databases is a plus.
* Advanced English level
