Your role:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will work with support, advice, assessments, and other customer service matters such as order registration, delivery, and invoice inquiries for our Optician customers. It is very important that our customers feel they are treated in a friendly and professional manner and receive competent support. Since much of the customer contact is via phone, it is crucial that you feel very comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and can handle all types of customers and inquiries.

We also hope you truly love lenses and fitting. We are looking for the right candidate for the role - therefore, it is not a requirement to be a licensed optician, but experience from the optical industry is considered a strong advantage.

Main responsibilities:

Order management: Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to guarantee smooth order fulfillment, while proactively resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Product information: Provide expert guidance on product ranges, including frames, lenses, and optical solutions. Support customers with detailed information, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and industry best practices.

Delivery and invoice inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, order status, and invoicing with efficiency and professionalism. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, liaising with relevant departments to provide clear and timely updates.

Other customer service matters: Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of customer requests, ensuring a high-quality service experience. Build strong relationships with clients (including optical retailers), anticipate their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while consistently upholding service excellence standards.

Main requirements:

* Experience from the optical industry with a good understanding of products and customer needs.

* Fluent in Danish and English.

* Ability to handle various customer types and inquiries with empathy and patience, enjoy troubleshooting and analyzing optical issues.

* Well-versed in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and comfortable working with internal systems and databases

* Positive, proactive attitude

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

* Curious and excited to learn new systems, products and procedures
