* Identify anomalies, tracking issues or significant performance changes and proactively flag them to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure campaigns and websites are measured according to Hub governance standards and KPI frameworks.
* Validate data consistency, taxonomy compliance and reporting accuracy across markets and platforms.
* Support the Hub in maintaining a reliable and consistent view of digital performance.
Dashboard Management & Reporting

* Ensure dashboards remain updated, user-friendly and aligned with business needs.
* Support the automation and simplification of reporting processes where possible.
* Prepare recurring performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.

GA4 & Website Analytics
* Manage and monitor GA4 reporting across websites and landing pages.
* Analyse user behaviour, traffic sources, engagement metrics and conversion paths.
* Support the implementation and validation of tracking frameworks in collaboration with agencies and technical partners.
* Monitor website performance and identify optimisation opportunities.

Performance Analysis & Insights
* Analyse campaign performance by audience, creative, channel, platform and market.
* Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the marketing funnel.
* Support root-cause analysis of underperforming campaigns, assets or traffic sources.
* Translate data into clear recommendations that support optimisation decisions.
* Contribute to performance reviews, business updates and learning sessions.
Optimisation & Test-and-Learn Support
* Support optimisation initiatives by providing performance analysis and recommendations.
* Assist in the evaluation of A/B tests across audiences, creatives, formats and landing pages.
* Monitor test results and document key learnings.
* Help identify best practices and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
* Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
Cross-Channel Measurement & Attribution Support
* Analyse interactions between paid media, owned media, organic traffic and search activities.
* Monitor funnel progression and identify conversion bottlenecks.
* Support attribution analysis and proxy ROI assessments.
* Ensure data quality & consistency for MMM and competitive investment dashboards
* Collaborate with Paid Media and Own Media teams to understand performance drivers and optimisation opportunities.
* Help connect media performance with broader business objectives.
Post-Campaign Analysis & Knowledge Sharing
* Support post-campaign reviews and performance evaluations.
* Consolidate learnings, benchmarks and best practices across brands and markets.
* Help maintain the Hub's knowledge base and learning repository.
* Ensure insights are fed back into future planning, briefing and optimisation processes.
