At Napapijri, we're looking for an inspiring and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at La Roca Village.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing a high-performing team. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence while creating an engaging and inclusive environment for both customers and employees.

What you will do

* Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
* Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values.
* Recruit, coach and develop talent within the team.
* Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.
* Manage stock, operational processes and compliance requirements.
* Build a positive and high-performing store culture.
* Partner closely with the District Manager to drive business opportunities and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

* Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail.
* Strong people management and coaching skills.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering results.
* Ability to lead through change and inspire teams.
* Fluent Spanish and English.

Hiring Range:EUR26.880,00 EUR - EUR33.600,00 EUR
