Ready to take a LEAP? (COMPANY NAME) is looking for a Finance Operations and Compliance BPO. The R2D (Ready to Deploy) teams plays a strong role in designing and structuring the future processes for accounting operations and corporate finance within the ERP system. This role is necessary for ensuring that the processes including treasury and compliance management, are efficiently redefined to achieve a maximum harmonization across entities & fit new ERP environment, enhancing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
In addition, this role will be responsible of a team working on all Accounting operations processes design & build.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your Key Missions
* Accounting Process Redesign: You will simplify and standardize accounting and expense management processes for ERP template building. Develop and standardize processes for intercompany reconciliation, period close and consolidation, and accounts reconciliation. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations
* Intercompany processes design: You will identify specific needs and requirements, to design Intercompany management in accounting (policies, products, payments…)
* Corporate Finance Integration: You will develop treasury and compliance processes for the ERP, focusing on efficiency and regulatory adherence.
* ERP Design and build: You will work with ERP teams to integrate redesigned accounting and finance processes, ensuring accurate and effective functionality.
* Compliance Assurance: You will establish controls within the ERP to maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Processes coherence: You will ensure close collaboration with Finance Ops team, S2P and O2C, to incorporate needs and specificities into Accounting Ops processes' Design and Build

Geographical scope
* Location: Paris (relocation possible)
* Business travels to be expected: limited but more frequent during pilot phase

* You have experience as Head of Accounting
* You are SAP Savvy
* You are fluent in English French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
